About Danielle Sawh

Danielle is an experienced family lawyer serving clients across the Toronto, Durham, and York regions, and the surrounding areas. She has practiced exclusively family law since her Call to the Bar in 2017.

Danielle assists clients with issues related to parenting, support, property and complex financial matters, divorce, domestic contracts, and family violence. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Appeal. She also regularly authors legal articles, many of which are published on the Ontario Bar Association resource site, in the Toronto Law Journal, and in the Durham Region Law Association newsletter. Danielle has contributed to federal and provincial family law publications including the Department of Justice Canada's Family Violence Toolkit and the Luke's Place Emergency Motions Toolkit. 

Danielle graduated from Windsor Law in 2016. She has a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and an Honours Bachelor of Science with a double major in psychology and criminology and a minor in sociology. 

In addition to her practice as a lawyer, Danielle serves as a Director on the Luke’s Place Board of Directors.
